John D. Hertz Mediation Services is located in the Waterford Executive Offices located in the Wells Fargo/Goldridge building, a three-story commercial building at the intersection of Business Highway 53 (Hastings Way) and Main Street in Eau Claire.  It is a bit challenging to navigate into the Waterford complex your first time, so please note the following directions:

From the intersection of Main Street and Hastings Way in Eau Claire:

• Follow street sign pointing toward Pinnacle Way and travel east 150 feet to a “T”.
  

• Turn left at the “T” (follow the sign toward the Waterford Offices and 310 Main Entrance (and continue for about 300 feet).
  

• Turn left at the sign on left for Waterford 310 Main Entrance and Parking Entrance and go down into parking ramp to covered parking.
  
• Upon entering covered parking, turn left to follow signs to 310 Main Entrance and continue 75 feet to visitor parking stalls on right.
  
• 310 Main Entrance is directly across from the visitor parking.
  
• Take elevator to third floor for Waterford Executive Offices and enter glass doors directly across from elevator.
  
• Receptionist will direct you.
  

From North of Eau Claire:

• Travel south on Highway 53 to Exit 89 (River Prairie Drive).
• At the end of exit ramp, turn right and travel west one mile on River Prairie Drive (which becomes Birch Street) to Business Highway 53/Hastings Way.
• Turn left and travel south on Hastings Way nine tenths of a mile to the intersection with Main Street. (A sign at this intersection points left toward Pinnacle Way).
• FOLLOW DIRECTIONS AT TOP (From the intersection of Main Street and Hastings Way).

From East of Eau Claire:

Highway 12:

• Travel west on Highway 12 past Highway 53 exit and continue 1.2 miles to Hastings Way.
• Turn right onto Hastings Way and travel north 1.4 miles to intersection with Main Street (a sign in this intersection points right toward Pinnacle Way).
• FOLLOW DIRECTIONS AT TOP (From the intersection of Main Street and Hastings Way).

Highway 29:

• Travel west on Highway 29 to Exit 75 (Highway 53 south).
• Travel south on Highway 53 to Exit 89 (River Prairie Drive).
• At the end of exit ramp, turn right and travel west one mile on River Prairie Drive (which becomes Birch Street) to Business Highway 53/Hastings Way.
• Turn left and travel south on Hastings Way nine tenths of a mile to the intersection with Main Street. (A sign at this intersection points left toward Pinnacle Way).
• FOLLOW DIRECTIONS AT TOP (From the intersection of Main Street and Hastings Way).

From West of Eau Claire:

• Travel I-94 east to Eau Claire Exit 59 (Highway 12 and 312, a/k/a North Crossing).
• At the end of the exit ramp turn right and follow Highway 312 East 6.7 miles to BUSINESS Highway 53/Hastings Way.
• Turn right onto entrance ramp to BUSINESS Highway 53 South, a/k/a Hastings Way. Travel south 2 miles to intersection of Hastings Way and Main Street (a sign at this intersection points left toward Pinnacle Way).
• FOLLOW DIRECTIONS AT TOP (From the intersection of Main Street and Hastings Way).

From South of Eau Claire:

Interstate 94:

• Travel I-94 west to Eau Claire Exit 70 (Highway 53 North). Exit ramp merges onto Highway 53. Travel north 1.8 miles and take Exit 86 (Business Highway 53 and Hastings Way).
• Continue north 2.4 miles on Hastings Way to the intersection with Main Street. (A sign at this intersection points right toward Pinnacle Way).
• FOLLOW DIRECTIONS AT TOP (From the intersection of Main Street and Hastings Way).

Highway 37:

• Travel north on Highway 37 to Highway 12, (North Clairemont Avenue).
• Turn right and travel east on Clairemont Avenue 2.6 miles to Hastings Way.
• Turn left on Hastings Way and travel north 1.4 miles to intersection with Main Street (a sign at this intersection points right toward Pinnacle Way.
• FOLLOW DIRECTIONS AT TOP (From the intersection of Main Street and Hastings Way).

Highway 53 into Eau Claire:

• Travel north on Highway 53 past entrances for Highway I-94. Travel 1.8 miles and take Exit 86 (Business Highway 53, a/k/a Hastings Way).  Continue north 2.4 miles on Hastings Way to the intersection with Main Street.  (A sign at this intersection points right toward Pinnacle Way).
• FOLLOW DIRECTIONS AT TOP (From the intersection of Main Street and Hastings Way).
